Signing up

When you start a signup we store what you type so that you can come back and finish it. We use that information only to help you complete signup and to understand where signups stall.

• We store the minimum: your name, email address, company details and how far you got. We never store a password until you verify your email.
• If you do not finish, we may email you up to three times, on roughly the first, third and seventh day. After that we will not contact you about it again.
• Every one of those emails has a link that deletes everything we hold from the signup. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
• Unfinished signups are deleted automatically 90 days after your last activity.
• Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest; a Legitimate Interests Assessment for it is held and reviewed annually.

Free trials

If your trial expires, your data is kept for 90 days and you can export it at any time during that period. After 90 days it is permanently deleted.
